How to Schedule a Trial Session?

Step 1

Click the button below and fill out the form to submit your appointment. Our course consultant will contact you via WeChat to check the tutor’s availability for the trial session.

Step 2

Download our digital classroom software in advance. Please visit the Download App or search for ClassIn in your app store.

Step 3

Send your ClassIn registered account (email or phone number with country code) and registered name to your course consultant.

What Else Should I Prepare Before the Session?

Although all teaching materials will be provided in the digital classroom, it is strongly recommended to have a webcam and headset for timely interaction during the online session.

What Kind of Software Do I Need?

Our online classes are conducted using ClassIn, a leading digital classroom platform equipped with advanced educational technology.

Will the teacher teach in Chinese, English or Arabic?

While Mandarin is encouraged as much as possible, for zero-beginner levels, instruction will be provided in English or Arabic.

Is the course refundable if I change my mind or find no time to continue?

The course is non-refundable. However, lesson credits will never expire. You can also transfer the credits to others who would like to study Chinese.

What if I miss a session in the group class?

Your every online class would be recorded in Classin, if you miss a session, we can send you the recorded video for review. There is no time limit for watching the recorded video, and it will not expire until you discontinue our class.

What age groups are the courses suitable for?

Our courses are designed for all age groups, including children, teens, and adults. We offer specialized curricula tailored to the unique learning needs of each age group.

Do I need any prior knowledge of Chinese to start the beginner course?

No prior knowledge of Chinese is required to start our beginner course. Our curriculum is designed to cater to absolute beginners.

How do I track my progress in the course?

Your progress is tracked through regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback from your instructor. Additionally, Classin provides progress tracking features within its platform.

Can I switch between group and private classes?

Yes, you can switch between group and private classes. Please contact our course consultant to discuss the best options and arrangements.

How do you ensure the quality of your teachers?

Our teachers are highly qualified and experienced in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. They undergo rigorous training and continuous professional development to ensure high-quality instruction.

Can I access the course materials after completing the course?

Yes, you will have access to the course materials even after completing the course, allowing you to review and practice as needed.
